Barbara L. Carson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and earned her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa, College of Law. Ms. Carson is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Northern District, the United States District Court for the Eastern District and the Supreme Court of The United States of America. She is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association. In addition, she is the past Chairman and current member of the Real Property Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, a current member the Title Standards Committee, past President and current member of the Tulsa Title & Probate Lawyers Association, past President and current member of the Board of Alumni, University of Tulsa, College of law.
